MAIN LIVING SPACE: Hub House features two inviting living areas that serve as the heart of the home. The first-floor living room offers a comfortable space to relax, while the expansive third-floor main living area showcases vaulted ceilings, Gulf views, and direct balcony access. The open kitchen and living space is ideal for gathering, complemented by island seating for four and a dining table that seats eight. A butler’s pantry adds extra prep and storage space, while the third-floor wet bar with wine fridge and the first-floor dry bar with mini fridge make entertaining easy. Smart TVs are available in both living rooms, creating flexible spaces for movie nights or quiet downtime.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: This home includes five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. The primary king suite features a private balcony with Gulf views and an ensuite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat. Two additional bedrooms with private ensuites provide added comfort and privacy. The remaining bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed and twin bunks, making them ideal for kids or additional guests. When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
