On a summer post in MySA.com, San Antonio writer Melanie Salazar called Cinnamon Shore a "bougie vacation rental community" that keeps up "a yearly streak of going viral each time school lets out across the U.S., noting social media shoutouts that compare Cinnamon Shore to the tony enclaves along Scenic Highway 30A in the Florida Panhandle.

Designed to resemble the walkable beach towns of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and WaterColor, our community does indeed draw on the same principles of New Urbanism that make those towns so picturesque. And Cinnamon Shore is within driving distance of most major Texas metros, towns, nad cities.
