From Texas restaurateur Jason Stout, Tiki Jay's is set to open by Summer 2025 on the ground level of Nautilus, a gorgeous, new, mixed-use building at Cinnamon Shore North.

Jason also offers a new, shore-side location for his San Antonio-based eatery, Stout's Signature. His Stout's Signature 2.0 will open in a new building that's finishing soon at North Town Center.
